JOB SUMMARY:
The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa and performs other housekeeping duties as assigned.
Must have weekend availability.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain a pristine and inviting spa environment
- Restock and replenish spa amenities, including towels, robes, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of changing rooms, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms
- Empty and sanitize waste receptacles regularly to ensure proper hygiene standards
- Ensure all spa equipment and surfaces are sanitized and in good condition
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for spa supplies, submitting timely restocking requests
- Greet and assist spa guests with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Adhere to all spa policies and procedures related to cleanliness and hygiene
- Work closely with the front desk and other spa personnel to maintain a seamless guest experience
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude while interacting with both guests and colleagues
- Vacuum guest corridors as trained
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa and linen rooms
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
