As a Customer Care Associate, you will have the opportunity to communicate with our customers via phone, email, or live chat. Entering curriculum orders, technical assistance with electronic platforms, and an encouraging voice are just a few avenues to offer support. Finding solutions for everyone, from the homeschool parent to the school administrator, is a top priority. Our goal is to provide excellence in service for those educating the next generation. This opportunity is in Greenville, SC with full-time and part-time positions available.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales
- Account management
- Order placement
- Problem resolution
- Academic advising
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Communication (oral and written) skills
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Keyboarding skills
- Detail-oriented
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to remain calm and pleasant under pressure
- Customer service/Customer Relationship Management experience
- Experience homeschooling or classroom education preferred
- Education degree helpful, but not required
- Knowledge of BJU Press products and services a plus
- Microsoft Word
- Must have the ability to comfortably use and navigate in an online environment (information/ordering/networking/communication).
