World Finance is seeking motivated and passionate people to join our Customer Care team. This is an entry-level position responsible for providing high quality customer service to World Finance customers.

  • A typical day looks like :

  • Operate in a Call Center environment as a customer success advocate
  • Handle inbound calls from new or current customers in a timely manner
  • Notate systems with call details and process payments as needed
  • Use Microsoft Office, Loan Servicing Systems, and other computer applications
  • Join routine calls with team members and manage emails and / or chats with employees
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Our ideal Customer Care Associate should have previous customer service experience and a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate. To be a successful Customer Care Associate, we are looking for an ethical, hardworking, and goal-oriented team member with the ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills in difficult and sensitive situations. Our Customer Care Unit cannot wait to meet our new team member!

    The pay range for this position is $16-$17 an hour, based on experience.

    Work S chedule :

  • M-F from 9am to 6pm, with one later shift from 10am to 7pm.
  • Typically one Saturday per month, as needed.
