A typical day looks like :
Our ideal Customer Care Associate should have previous customer service experience and a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate. To be a successful Customer Care Associate, we are looking for an ethical, hardworking, and goal-oriented team member with the ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills in difficult and sensitive situations. Our Customer Care Unit cannot wait to meet our new team member!
The pay range for this position is $16-$17 an hour, based on experience.
