What You'll Do:
As our Service BDR, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Customer Interaction: Answer and return phone calls and emails, spending time with potential customers to assess their needs.
- Appointment Setting: Set appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the service team.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and accurately.
