Founded in 2018, Crownstone Equipment is the parent company of six Bobcat dealerships: Bobcat of Adams County, Bobcat of Frederick, Bobcat of Hagerstown, Bobcat of Lancaster, Bobcat of Reading, and Bobcat of York. As a trusted Bobcat Dealer, we specialize in selling, servicing, and renting a wide range of compact equipment and lawn & garden brands, including Bobcat, Toro, Echo, STIHL, Fecon, and more.
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service for parts sales and assistance work in equipment service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to the following):

- Customer service and equipment part sales
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in store
- Research equipment parts in the inventory system
- Stock incoming inventory and locate stored inventory
- Remain attentive to customer needs while operating in the best interest of the business
- Communicates with the Parts Manager about order and inventory needs.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous work with Bobcat equipment parts is preferred but not required
Essential Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
