Job Duties & Responsibilities
π οΈ Assemble parts into completed units using hand and power tools
ποΈ Work on a production line or at an individual job station
π Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
βοΈ Assist with equipment maintenance, wiring, and cleaning as needed
π Report problems, discrepancies, and failures in materials, tools, or machinery
β Follow all safety protocols and work according to industry standards
π€ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Education & Experience
π Currently pursuing a certification or degree beyond high school diploma (all interests welcome)
πΌ Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on mechanical work is a plus but not required

β Ability to read and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and safety regulations
β Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and teamwork
π» Computer Skills
β Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
π Mathematical Skills
β Understanding of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
β Ability to apply mathematical concepts to assembly measurements and quality control
Physical Demands
ποΈ Regularly lift and carry up to 10 lbs., frequently lift up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
πΆββοΈ Stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 8 hours per day
π€² Use hands and arms to handle tools and assembly equipment
𦡠Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed for tasks
