Job Duties & Responsibilities
🛠️ Assemble parts into completed units using hand and power tools
🏗️ Work on a production line or at an individual job station
🔍 Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy

📋 Report problems, discrepancies, and failures in materials, tools, or machinery
✅ Follow all safety protocols and work according to industry standards

Education & Experience
🎓 Currently pursuing a certification or degree beyond high school diploma (all interests welcome)
💼 Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on mechanical work is a plus but not required

✅ Ability to read and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and safety regulations
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and teamwork
💻 Computer Skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

✅ Understanding of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
✅ Ability to apply mathematical concepts to assembly measurements and quality control
Physical Demands
🏋️ Regularly lift and carry up to 10 lbs., frequently lift up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
🚶♂️ Stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 8 hours per day
🤲 Use hands and arms to handle tools and assembly equipment
🦵 Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed for tasks
