What Youβll Do
π¦ Assist with inventory management by tracking materials and stock levels
π Support logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely shipments
π Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for efficiency and cost savings
π οΈ Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to optimize procurement processes
π Help troubleshoot supply chain challenges, including delays, discrepancies, and shortages
π Maintain and update supply chain records to ensure data accuracy
β Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Education & Experience
π Currently pursuing a bachelorβs or masterβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
πΌ Prior experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, or data analysis is a plus but not required
Skills & Qualifications
π Analytical & Communication Skills:
β Ability to analyze supply chain data and generate meaningful insights
β Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations
π» Computer & Software Skills
β Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management systems
β Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
π Mathematical & Problem-Solving Skills
β Understanding of supply chain concepts, forecasting, and cost analysis
β Ability to apply ratios, percentages, and statistical analysis to inventory planning
Physical Demands
ποΈ Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
πΆββοΈ Walk and stand in a warehouse/manufacturing environment for extended periods
π€² Use hands and arms to handle paperwork, inventory tools, and equipment
π Strong vision abilities to inspect supply chain reports and data
