Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and knowledge of landscape maintenance, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. This role involves supervising a team of landscape professionals, overseeing various tasks related to lawn care, tree care, and grounds maintenance. The Landscape Supervisor reports directly to the Landscaping Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of landscape technicians in daily operations.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation.
- Monitor the health and appearance of plants, trees, and lawns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field.
- Experience in supervising teams.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
