What You'll Do
- Align with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Perform contracted work which includes landscaping, snow removal, remodelling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.
- Inspect the work performed by outside contractors.
- Review assigned work orders.
- Estimate time and materials needed to complete repair.
- Order materials and supplies to finish the tasks.
