The Receptionist is responsible for receiving and directing vendors, clients, and customers as appropriate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer phone calls, filter messages/phone calls as appropriate.
- Greet patients and check them in
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information
- Collect patient demographics and update records
- Perform related clerical work such as typing, filing
- Use applicable software programs
- Prepare shipping and order FedEx and UPS pickups and deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Experience in Front desk (or equivalent customer related ability)
- Prior administrative office experience
- Proficient in Google or other computer software communication systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
