JOB SUMMARY |
Assists the engineering department related to the manufacturing process, and building of aircraft interiors – especially galleys, closets, and premium seating front row monuments. The selected candidate will learn the fundamentals of production processes, methods, controls, project management, problem solving, communication, technical documentation, and testing of products according to aerospace standards.

- Shadowing and assisting Manufacturing Engineers in daily tasks.
- Assist in process improvement, problem resolution, project management.
- Assist in research, design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment.
- Monitors project tracking status to ensure projects are completed accurately and timely.
- Assist in product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
- Maintains and protects the confidentiality of the Company’s information and product.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned or requested.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience |
Education:
- Actively pursuing a four-year college degree in an Engineering Discipline (i.e. Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)
- Or 1-2 years post graduate with a relevant Engineering degree.
Experience:
- No experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Passion for the aerospace industry.
- Experience in 3D modeling or CAD software.
- Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and hands-on problem solver.
Other:
- May be asked to work extended or irregular hours as required.
- Must show proof of ability to work in the United States.
