What You’ll Do
- Support and train BOH deli staff
- Maintain high food safety & quality standards
- Help manage schedules, inventory & waste reduction
- Communicate effectively across teams
- Operate kitchen equipment safely & efficiently
- Leadership experience (1 year)
- Strong culinary knowledge & knife skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred
- Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
