Client Relations & Events Coordinator: Overseeing the planning and execution of client events, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring all event logistics are managed effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and smooth communication between clients and the organization. Will work closely with the sales, marketing, and training team to ensure client satisfaction and successful event outcomes.
Essential Duties:
- Manage and track the planning, organization, and execution of client events
- Coordinate event logistics
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and training team to ensure client satisfaction and successful event outcomes.
- Work with vendors to secure services and negotiate contracts
- Ensure all events are executed within budget and on schedule
- Facilitate securing collateral as needed
- Communicating and creating custom training proposals
- Act as the events' main point of contact for events and training
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively meet client needs
- Communicate proactively to ensure positive client experience
- Tracking and reporting on surveys and budget, and provide recommendations based on results
- Oversee the post-event communication
- Assist with the production of internal communications
- Creating positive outcomes for clients and Boland
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience preferred
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, written, interpersonal skills
- Organized, detailed, multi-tasker
- Client focused, diplomatic, professional
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Able to travel to complete site visits and execute events
- Able to lift and carry up to 25lbs for trade shows and events
- Able to set up and arrange trade shows and events including tasks such as arranging tables, displays, food, and managing registration set ups

Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
