About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic and proactive Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Appointment Setter to support our client in the construction industry. This role involves identifying potential leads, building relationships, and scheduling appointments to drive sales opportunities.

Bold Business is a US-based leading global business processing outsourcing firm with over 25 years experience and $7B in client engagements. We enable small and publicly traded businesses to scale by providing global outsourcing talent services. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience is required; experience in the construction industry is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work 20 flexible hours per week.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
