Appointment Setter - Part Time

Are you a confident communicator with strong organizational skills? Do you enjoy speaking with potential clients and helping them take the next step? We’re hiring a Remote Appointment Setter to handle inbound enquiries only, working Monday to Friday from 4 PM - 8 PM CST.

About the Role:

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be responsible for calling inbound leads, adding them to our CRM, and booking them into our sales team’s diary. No cold calling—just speaking with potential buyers who have already expressed interest in our online business for sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call inbound leads as they come in, ensuring quick response times.
• Schedule sales appointments for interested prospects.
• Update the CRM system with accurate lead information and notes.
• Follow up with potential clients who haven’t booked yet via calls, texts, or emails.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the sales team by providing relevant lead details.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in appointment setting, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong phone communication skills – confident, professional, and engaging.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented – able to manage multiple leads efficiently.
• Self-motivated and reliable – able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRMs, scheduling tools, and handling multiple conversations.
• Own laptop and headset with a stable internet connection.
