About The Role


Are you a results-driven leader with a knack for fostering strong client relationships and driving growth through effective account management strategies? As an Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our client engagement strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the success of programs that elevate our position in the industry.


What You’ll Be Doing


As part of the Operations Organization, you’ll help to ensure account strategy and client engagement goals are met. Cross-functional teams will rely on your expertise to achieve performance metrics, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. You will be a pivotal part of the team focused on enterprise level hospitality properties.


  • Responsible for the program management of premium WiFi service serving a portfolio of hospitality properties
  • Act as the primary account manager for the client, maintaining relationships across the portfolio and serving as the point of contact for customers
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with client stakeholders
  • Manage contractual commitments to the client
  • Create account strategies to develop new business opportunities with clients
  • Oversee program deliverables, deadlines and budgets
  • Deliver internal readouts to leadership on progress, client relations, financial and operating performance
  • Work closely with operations and engineering to ensure alignment of customer expectations and service delivery
  • Responsible for new account development and maintaining and growing our base through cross-selling, upselling, renewal, and retention
  • Works across groups, aligning internal team members and external stakeholders while serving as program manager for multiple technology projects; and performs related duties as required

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with a minimum of 8 years experience in account management and program management
  • Experience in technology sectors such as WiFi, wireless, ISP services, DAS, private network management
  • Experience in hospitality or convention industries preferred
  • Strong client interaction skills and an ability to cultivate strong trusting relationships
  • Superior skills in business analysis, process development and creative problem solving
  • Strong presentation skills and able to communicate professionally in response to customer requests and complaints
  • Must be comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations
