Based in or near one of our national offices, you will be responsible for overseeing budgets and ensuring the completion of multiple projects while also coordinating with all functions. You’ll ensure that financial objectives, KPIs, SLAs, and internal key performance metrics are achieved. You’ll be at the heart of delivering the advanced shared network infrastructure needed for a sustainable future. What you’ll be doingAs part of the program management team, you’ll help to drive standardization, quality, and optimization across all programs and projects to ensure customer satisfaction. At all levels, colleagues will rely on your excellent communication and coaching skills, ensuring participation and “buy in” from the team. This is a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be involved with : Coordinating cross-functional teams for technical solutions delivery and program reporting across a customer project portfolio, including status, performance, budget, risks, and issues.Diagnosing and resolving operational barriers with a customer-centric focus; managing and optimizing internal teams as an operational planning center of excellence.Implementing data-driven models for investment and operational decisions and collaborating with regional and functional teams to achieve output targets and financial metrics.Reviewing and enhancing weekly reporting for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring program governance and exceeding quality standardsPartnering with key functional leaders to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities, and manage improvement roadmap for customer portfolio management.What you’ll bringThink you could make a difference here? We’re looking for someone who is passionate about keeping projects on track and providing leadership and guidance to their colleagues and team to help ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will also have some of the following : Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience working with fiber / IP / wireless, top tier national carrier, and / or OEM, and DAS.Strong project management experience and a commitment to quality and cost consciousness.The ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and demonstrate your excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing demands.Proven experience in wireless, telecommunications, construction, and / or public utility preferred.About usAt Boldyn Networks, we’re reimagining the future of interconnectivity.
