We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director to join the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This centralized function leads complex, enterprise-wide programs requiring significant cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, senior program management professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact initiatives in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple strategic, enterprise-level programs, driving alignment across workstreams and business units.
- Manage a portfolio of critical projects with a mix of short- and long-term timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Operate at both strategic and tactical levels, fostering collaboration, removing blockers, and driving program clarity in evolving environments.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive stakeholders, through detailed written and verbal updates.
- Facilitate program cadence, streamline processes, and identify areas for operational improvement and standardization.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in program or project management.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex programs end-to-end across global, cross-functional teams.
- Experience shaping business strategies and leading major organizational initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Lean/Six Sigma, or Agile certification.
- Experience working with C-level executives and managing high-visibility programs.
