Future Opening: Property Manager

• Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets all safety and compliance standards.
• Manage property budgets and financial records.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Market and advertise available units to attract new tenants.
• Prepare and enforce lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance activities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and property management best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
