Incorporating what you’ve learned from your on-the-job accounting experience, you’ll assist with full cycle accounting transactions, prepare monthly financial reporting to the Controller, and submit monthly reviews of AP and AR aging reports, escalating when needed. An organized and numerate person will thrive in this role, as you’ll monitor business cash flow, file local and state taxes, and complete additional ad hoc projects and analytics as required.
Someone with great communication skills—both written and verbal—strong time management, and the ability to prioritize effectively will stand out from the crowd. `
This role is fully on-site in Portland, OR, and parking is provided.

- 2 years of accounting experience including GL exposure
- AP, AR, and month-end balance sheets experience required
- Knowledge of GAAP compliance preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- Inventory experience a plus!
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (Pivots/LOOKUPS) required
