- CFS is working with a local, family owned and operated company in NE Portland seeking a Staff Accountant.
- The Staff Accountant works closely with the Controller and has high visibility with the owner.
- This role is responsible for loan management and general accounting support.

- Review and enter accounting data into systems ensuring accuracy.
- Assist the controller with gross profit and commissions calculations.
- Process accounts receivable transactions as needed.
- Ensure loan packages are complete and handled timely with financial institutions.
- Maintain open and effective communication with internal and external contacts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
