Our Marketing Department mission is to uphold the Bomb Party organization and goals with clear communication, beautiful deliverables, quality content, and strong brand management. We seek to establish a strong foundation upon which Bomb Party can continue to provide surprise and delight to fashion-conscious jewelry enthusiasts and those who participate in this fast-growing direct-sales company.
The graphic designer is responsible for multiple tasks, including but not limited to the following:
- Promoting the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content and organizational deliverables
- Generating creative ideas
- Refining projects and drafts to achieve a finished product that satisfies the needs of each individual assignment.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
- Keeping up to date with industry developments
- Maintaining strong communication with project owners, team members, and coworkers
- Contributing to team and company culture through both their work and their attitude

- This position requires daily work within a variety of programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- We are seeking a candidate with an eye for detail and someone who is used to setting up technical, copy-heavy documents within an established grid.
- Job candidates should have an eye for proofreading, a keen sense of detail, and willingness to be proactive in resolving errors or making improvements through consultation with the copywriting team and project manager(s).
- Must work well within a team structure and be open to collaboration. Candidates should be open to receiving and incorporating constructive communication and feedback.
- Applicants should be well organized and self-motivated to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- This is a work-from-home position, so candidates should be prepared to manage their workload independently and efficiently, with a strong aptitude for organization. This role requires flexibility and the ability to pivot energy and time to tasks with both the highest priority and the soonest deadlines, finding balance along the way.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with web design and is recommended to maintain an eye on the company’s various social media platforms and presence.
- Experience working on servers will be appreciated.
Competencies
- Proficient in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Keynote, PowerPoint preferred
- Experience with videos and motion graphics preferred
- Experience with layouts for multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and email
- Experience with creating wireframes for web design preferred
- Understanding of how to apply UX/UI with web design would be a bonus
- Perform work under minimal supervision
- Manage time effectively
- Collaborate with multiple departments
- Give and receive feedback kindly and gracefully from both internal and external audiences
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, or related field
- 2–3 years of post-grad experience working in the field
- Must submit a portfolio showcasing a variety of work
- Experience working with copywriters and project managers
