Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible, and customer service oriented individual to fill a Department Lead position. The position is a Lead Cashier and includes overseeing the Pantry/Food area while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years or older
· Cashier experience
· Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
· Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; hours can change based off business needs (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome customers
· Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
· Scan and bag items for customers
· Maintain clean, organized checkout and Pantry areas as well as keep stocked
· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
· Handling phone calls
· Other tasks as assigned
