Bomgaars is looking to fill part-time Store Associate positions in the Farm department. The positions offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and assisting customers.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years or older
· Agriculture background
· Product knowledge
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
· Freight handling/forklift operation
· Sales
· Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
· Handling phone calls
· Other tasks as assigned
