We are looking for a paralegal for Debt defense!!
Bonafide Legal Services is a dedicated Credit restoration and debt defense firm committed to helping clients navigate legal challenges with confidence. We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant with expertise in debt defense and Clio law firm software to support our legal team. If you have experience reviewing court orders and summons, drafting legal templates, and managing clients efficiently, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Expertise in Clio law firm software is required!!!!! Please don't apply of you don't know how to Navigate CLIO
Provide administrative and legal support to Steve.
Manage client cases and communications efficiently within Clio.
Review and analyze court orders, summons, and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
Draft and maintain legal templates, pleadings, and correspondence.
Assist in case management, including scheduling, document preparation, and filing deadlines.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing parties in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure accurate and organized documentation within Clio.
Conduct legal research as needed to support ongoing cases.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Legal Assistant in debt defense or a related legal field.
Strong knowledge of court procedures, orders, and summons review.
Experience creating legal templates and forms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with consumer law.
Pay between$18-22 to start incentives based on level of experience
Experience handling debt collection lawsuits.

Salary : $18 - $22
