Accountant

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The accountant will be key in preparing financial statements, ensuring accurate accounting records, and supporting internal and external audits.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Create financial reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.

• Preparation of financial statements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
