We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager to enhance customer growth and key relationships within our sheet metal operations at Bonnett Manufacturing Group.
This role involves executing customer development strategies, managing and cultivating relationships with key customers, developing and executing sales processes, on-boarding new parts and programs, and monitoring and driving key performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts.
- Leading price negotiation discussions for new and legacy part number contracts.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires excellent interpersonal ability and skills, as well as strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
