Bonneville Family Practice is actively hiring a part-time Behavioral Health Medical Coordinator/Receptionist to join our compassionate, dedicated team! Looking for someone who is passionate about helping others without judgment, working with those struggling with substance use disorders, detail oriented, problem solver, personable and can multitask. 28-32 hours per week

Hours: Mon-Thur 10am-4pm; Fri 10am-2pm; every other Sat 5:45am-10am

Responsibilities:

*Ensure patient care that is safe, timely, effective, and compassionate

* Provide excellent customer service and patient scheduling support

* Checking in patients for appointments, obtain current demographics and insurance information

* Manage communications and respond to messages promptly

* Keep professional and open lines of communication with providers, coworkers and patients.

* Insurance eligibility, collect copays and account balances

* Ensuring patient paperwork is up to date yearly

* Take weekly meeting notes and creating agendas

* Oversee OQ analyst and surveys

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Empathy and compassion when working with patients and teammates
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer proficiency and a quick learners attitude
