Position Overview:
Bonneville Sacramento is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Director of Digital Media and the Client Services team. This role is essential in ensuring that client requests and project timelines are met efficiently, helping to deliver best-in-class service to our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion. This position is a hybrid role that requires the employee to regularly work at our Sacramento, CA site.
What You Will Do:
Administrative & Client Support
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Digital Media and Client Services team.
- Help create and coordinate client reports, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
- Support the client onboarding process by preparing project communication, collect access and tracking details and other project requirements for client launch.
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
- Manage and prioritize workflow requests from clients, ensuring tasks are assigned appropriately in the project management system.
- Assign tasks to team members based on incoming client requests and workload distribution.
- Monitor and maintain task lists, ensuring projects progress according to deadlines.
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Close out completed tasks and maintain accurate records of project statuses.
Sales & Creative Support
- Coordinate creative requests with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Assist with sales support by gathering necessary materials and information for client deliverables.
- Communicate project needs to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on client expectations.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in administrative support, client services, project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital media, tactics and measurement (KPI) language.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in task management and collaboration tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
- Experience working with marketing, media, or digital services is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and address challenges before they arise.

Compensation Range
$20 - $31.64/hour. This range spans multiple levels of this role. Hourly rate to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
