Boohoff Law, is seeking an experience Plaintiff PI Attorney for Litigation and Pre-Suit. Candidates should desire the chance to use their strong work ethic and legal competency to aggressively fight for the needs of their clients.
Joining a law firm with a reputation for serving the community through its comprehensive pursuit of justice, this successful candidate must have Plaintiff Personal Injury experience.
The key responsibilities:
- Pre Suit and Litigation cases
- Strategize and work with staff on litigation cases
- Work with management to establish procedures & standards to maximize case outcomes.
- Work with management to establish training & development paths for staff
- Work closely with management to build an outstanding litigation team
- Drafting/reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, demands, depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial dockets
Qualifications:
- Extensive Plaintiff PI experience with successful outcome
- WA State Bar license a plus
- Knowledge of recent trends and legal changes that affect personal injury practicing procedures
- Ability to be a team player & have a desire to positively affect those around you.
