We’re looking for a driven and passionate sales pro to manage our territory in the Western USA, reporting to our Director of Sales in the UK. This role is all about building relationships, growing revenue, and making a real impact in K-12 education.

This role is remote with flexible hours to meet school hours across US time zones. It will also require up to 20% travel.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Own your territory: Manage the Western US, working closely with K-12 leaders and district decision-makers.
- Hit those targets: Drive revenue to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
- Build the pipeline: Grow and maintain a full pipeline of leads from our freemium users and incoming inquiries.
- Stay organized: Keep forecasts, account plans, and growth activities up to date and accurate.
- Show up where it matters: Attend conferences, partner with our teacher ambassadors, and represent us in the field (travel max 20%).
- Collaborate globally: Work with our amazing teams across the US and UK—teacher success, product, marketing, and engineering—to build expertise and drive results.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience: You’ve nailed field sales in K-12 districts and have a track record of smashing your goals.
- Account expertise: You know how to acquire and grow strategic accounts.
- Industry know-how: You get the K-12 education space and the challenges educators face.
- Top-notch communication skills: You’re a natural at connecting with people and can convey value clearly and convincingly.
- Passion for education: You genuinely care about helping educators unlock the power of transformative digital tools.
- Based in the South West of the country - (preferably Texas)
