What we need from YOU:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the landscape, grounds, golf course ponds and Bumper boat pool
• Maintain facility equipment and building
• Perform quarterly, biannually and annually preventative maintenance tasks
• Replace lights throughout the park as needed
• Perform minor structural repairs and restorations
• Fix basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues
• Must be able to take and give direction and work as a team
• Maintain supply of tools and machinery
• Attend daily, weekly and monthly manager meetings
• Communicate short- and long-term projects and goals to management team
• Be able to prioritize maintenance items from big projects to daily tasks
• Manage maintenance team (2-5 employees) and prioritize daily projects for them
• Ability to identify maintenance issues and be proactive with repairs
• Work with the General Manager to maintain maintenance budget and monthly expenses
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,

and procedure manuals

• Assist the team members with operations in limited situations, and provide excellent guest service

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of building and landscaping maintenance experience
• Minimum 2 years of management experience along with organizational skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Have a reliable source of transportation and good driving record

Required Skills:

• Be able to lift 50 lbs or greater
• Be physically capable to work while kneeling, bending, reaching, standing, climbing ladders, and walking extended periods of time.
• Be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Be comfortable on a ladder.
• Experience with a scissor lift
• Know how to use computer programs (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
