We take pride in fostering a friendly, welcoming, and vibrant work environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a part-time (20 hours/week) Accounting Assistant.
As our Accounting Assistant, you will perform a variety of financial and clerical related duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized with an eye for detail, possesses excellent communication skills, possesses intermediate Excel skills and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Position Responsibilities
- Perform reviews of financial transactions and payments
- Collect and coordinate financial documentation
- Assist in reconciling bank statements
- Place online orders
- Perform physical inventory of agency equipment
- Perform background screenings
- Prepare documents for provider contracts
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of related experience.
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and data entry
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Access to an insured and properly maintained vehicle for work-related travel.
