In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to implement and deliver multiple ITSM projects. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of projects, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. You will use your knowledge of IT Project Management to lead and deliver Change Management, BMC Remedy Upgrade, and other ITSM related projects. You will focus on developing and implementing strategies to update and streamline an organization's change management processes, while leveraging modern tools and methodologies to ensure smooth transitions during significant business transformations, often with a focus on digitalization and employee engagement.

You Have :
3 years of experience with supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering IT projects
2 years of experience with IT Project Management, Service Delivery, or Management
2 years of experience with Change Management
2 years of experience with BMC Remedy
Experience with Agile or ITIL methodologies or project management tools, including BMC Remedy, BMC Helix and associated modules, or Microsoft Project
Experience consolidating teams and workstreams while creating a unified cohesive team
Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, and help lead a team of ITSM professionals
TS / SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Security CE or 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Nice If You Have :
Experience implementing ITIL, PMBOK, or Agile frameworks within an IT environment
Experience communicating risk, status, and mitigation strategies to government stakeholders
Knowledge of BMC Remedy 20.02 and ITSM module
Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL Certification
Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
