Key Responsibilities:
SAP Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead and participate in SAP project implementations, from requirements gathering to solution design and configuration.
- Configure and customize SAP modules based on client business requirements, ensuring effective integration with other systems.
Consulting & Support:
- Provide expert SAP consulting services to clients, advising on best practices for SAP modules and system improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for SAP solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
- Align SAP solutions with client business goals and ensure continuous improvement in processes.
Data Governance:
- Implement and maintain data governance best practices within the SAP environment, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across the system.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with business users, project managers, and other IT teams to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users to ensure the successful adoption of SAP solutions.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Create detailed documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and system enhancements.
- Produce regular project reports and updates for stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP modules (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP BW, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SAP architecture and data flow.
- Experience with full SAP implementation cycles (end-to-end).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Desirable Skills:
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of Data Governance principles and practices within an SAP environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Experience Required:
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience working as an SAP Consultant, with a focus on configuration, customization, and support.
- Previous experience in managing or participating in SAP implementations and system upgrades.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
