Key Responsibilities:
Integration Solution Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI to integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure that integration designs align with business processes and technical requirements.
Configuration and Customization:
- Configure SAP CPI to facilitate seamless integration between cloud and on-premise systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, third-party applications, etc.
- Customize and implement integration flows for various scenarios, including file-based, web services, and IDOC-based integrations.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration solutions.
- Perform system performance tuning and optimization.
Testing and Validation:
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing of integration solutions.
- Validate the integration flows to ensure accuracy and reliability before deployment.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members and business users.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FI) to ensure smooth integration between systems.
- Work closely with other developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure timely and successful delivery of integration solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Solid experience in SAP integration technologies (e.g., PI/PO, SAP Process Orchestration, IDOC, SOAP, REST, APIs).
- Knowledge of cloud integration solutions and SAP cloud applications (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, etc.).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP CPI development and integration capabilities.
- Experience in creating and managing integration scenarios using SAP CPI.
- Strong knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST), file-based integration, and protocol configurations (HTTP, FTP, JMS).
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Connector, HCI (HANA Cloud Integration), and other SAP tools.
- Experience in handling security configurations (OAuth, SSO, SSL, etc.) within SAP CPI.
Additional Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications:
- SAP Certified Development Associate SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP Integration Suite.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in working with global teams and stakeholders across various time zones.
Experience with Additional Tools:
- Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and other related cloud tools.
- Experience with SAP Data Intelligence, SAP API Management, and SAP Integration Advisor is a plus.
