Seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant for BCHP's Pediatric Office in Newburgh, NY. Pay rate approx. $20/hr-$22/hr, negotiable based on experience. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, or 8:30am-4:30pm.
Job Description:
- Perform and accurately record patients' vitals such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, weight, vision, hearing.
- Completion of school forms
- Ask patient or parent chief complaint, complete chart documentation
- Perform standard testing ( strep testing , covid testing , flu testing , urine test , lead and hemoglobulin test )
- Doing Inventory of clinical and lab supplies
- Maintain exam room clean and full stocked
