Position Description :
A successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of clinic procedures and administrative abilities, as well as skill in people and process management. They will understand wide-scale business goals and will integrate that perspective when problem solving at a local level. They will be a point of contact and able to communicate effectively with clinic staff, billing staff, customer service, patients, referral contacts, and insurance companies to prevent and solve problems within clinic operations. They will be reliable and will work well with others in remote and in-person settings to add value to the company.
Responsibilities : Clinic Support :
- Take delegation from the Area Practice Manager to support the execution of operational strategies and achieve regional goals.
- Be in regular communication with clinic staff to hear concerns and provide support or direction when needed.
- Manage regional schedule, ensuring all clinics have sufficient staffing levels during hours of operation.
- Assist Area Practice Manager with call outs and coverage issues. Formulate and communicate inter-clinic coverage plans where applicable.
- Act as a resource for clinic staff concerning company-wide systems, HR documents, IT support, hospital credentialing, etc.
