Sales Transformation Manager - Cardiac Rhythm Management Division
About this role:
As the Sales Transformation Manager - Cardiac Rhythm Management Division you will support the Cardiac Rhythm Management and Diagnostics (CRM) division, applying continuous improvement methodology to sales and commercial projects to achieve CRM and Interventional Cardiology Group (ICG) operating margin, financial and strategic goals. In this Business Consultant role, you will work with the CRM division to drive specific sales productivity projects and programs while also identifying opportunities to spread best practices across ICG and other Boston Scientific divisions and regions. As a Business Consultant you will coach and mentor teams on Boston Scientific’s Global Value Improvement (GVI) roadmap, tools, and training, while partnering with the division to lead and support CRM and ICG sales productivity goals.

Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with leaders and their organization to inspire a continuous improvement culture by deploying process improvement/operational excellence roadmaps, methods, and tools; provide consultation, set goals, and drive strategy
- Leverage continuous improvement methodologies (including DMAIC, Lean, Innovation, and Design Thinking) and technology options (including Intelligent Automation and Process Mining) to target key improvements and provide instant offense when necessary to drive strategic business priorities
- Drive the execution of plans in partnership with the sales organization. Activities may include voice of customer, data analysis, process mapping, financial analysis, change management and program management
- Influence key stakeholders to engage and participate in improvement activities essential to streamlining their processes
- Develop business cases and create future state plans for process improvement opportunities
- Influence leaders and teams to deliver on plans, support problem solving and resolution to roadblocks
- Drive the adoption of improvement ideas & activities across the organization
- Work cross-culturally, motivating teams in the development and adoption of best practices in difficult scenarios
What we’re looking for in you:
- Proven results applying process improvement in the field and/or commercial, sales settings
- Adept to think outside the box to meet the needs of a varied customer base; Comfort with dealing with ambiguity
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make a significant contribution to performance and revenue growth; commercial experience preferred
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial/consultant mindset
- Ability to build enthusiasm for change
- Demonstrated coaching, program management, and change management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Comprehensive program and project management experience leading large-scale initiatives
Basic Requirements:
- 6 years of Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement related experience
- BS/BA Degree in Engineering/Business or related field and/or equivalent experience
