The Boucher Automotive Group is looking to hire a Service Dispatcher
POSITION : The Boucher Automotive Group is looking to hire a Service Dispatcherfor their busy Thiensville Ford location. The Service Dispatcher ensures that repairs and maintenance of vehicles are assigned in accordance with the Service Manager and the standards of the dealership. Responsibilities include :
- Controlling workflow through the Service department in an organized, timely manner
- Scheduling technicians, workshop time, and resources to achieve maximum productivity
- Monitoring and preserving effective time controls
- Communicating between Service Manager, Service Technicians, and Service Writers to ensure smooth repair process
- Providing detailed and accurate reports upon request
- Reviewing repair orders to ensure assigned work has been performed and completed properly, along with including proper paperwork
REQUIREMENTS : Applicants need to be : outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast pace environment, and have a positive attitude.
