Executive Assistant to the CEO - Temporary
Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303

$39.46 - $59.18 an hour - Temporary Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Boulder Community Health is seeking an Executive to the CEO who provides high-level administrative support and related services to the President and CEO. Such functions may include preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Additionally, the position provides administrative support and meeting management to the Board of Directors and Management Council. They are expected to handle confidential information and details with discretion and technical skill. Exercises frequent independent judgment within agreed-upon limits and relieves the executive of minor administrative details.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5 years' experience in administrative management preferred.
Experience with data analytics, planning, protocol development, standards, policies, and procedures preferred

Responsibilities
Manages the administrative logistics for the President/CEO and Board of Directors (BOD). Ensures there are no scheduling conflicts and that required documents or presentations are prepared and available for meetings. Uses discretion and confidentiality in all communications. Attends all Board of Director meetings and retreats, takes minutes of the meetings, transcribes, finalizes and distributes copies of the minutes to all board members, hospital executives and all appropriate staff members. Serves as communication liaison between President/CEO and BOD.
Coordinates and plans special events, such as receptions, meetings, retreats, all-day meetings for executives with other staff, physicians, board members and outside professionals at the request of the President/CEO. Prepares and supports meetings to include scheduling and preparing appropriate meeting space, travel. ordering catering, providing hospitality services to guests and assisting with materials, presentations, technology and other resources.
Travel may be required for off-site forums and Board of Directors retreats.
Maintains company records that are in compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements.
Establishes and maintains electronic and paper filing systems.
Maintains current board-related files and historical documents. Participates in the development of organizational short-term and long-term plans that support the strategic initiatives and goals.
Conducts research and detailed data analysis and provides recommendations to improve organizational efficiency, including changes or additions to policies and procedures and workflows
Works cooperatively with the executive team to plan, facilitate, communicate, educate and drive change initiatives that are deemed necessary and consistent with the organizational strategy;
Assists executive team members in analysis of clinical or business conditions that impact the
sustainability or growth of existing service lines, or the addition of new product lines to these services;
