Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries effectively.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Provide information about 'Bounce' services including pickleball, indoor golf and game simulators.
- Handle reservations and cancellations using computerized systems accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks related to guest information and bookings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and computerized reservation software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
- Personal interest / experience playing pickleball or golf is preferred.
