What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Lead position at BoundaryCare?
We are looking for a Customer Support / Help Desk Lead to support our interactions with customers ranging from initial onboarding, in-depth training, and ongoing technical support. In addition to handling day-to-day tickets and scheduled support calls, you’ll work closely with our customer experience and marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience. You will also help categorize and identify recurring issues and inefficiencies customers encounter and work directly with the development and design teams to create solutions.

Salary : $22 - $32
