Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Serve as the central operational figure for the company, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions
- Utilize deep knowledge of Orion and Schwab platforms to maintain accurate client data and streamline processes
- Handle client onboarding, reconciliation of accounts, and preparation of paperwork with attention to detail
- Provide support for client service needs, balancing priorities and addressing urgent matters efficiently
- Work closely with the advisor, adapting to varying workloads and high-pressure situations
- Manage back-office operations while maintaining minimal direct client interaction
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Orion to prepare the company for future growth
- Foster a positive work environment by collaborating effectively with team members and maintaining strong communication
- Minimum of five years of experience in operations within financial services or a related field
- Expertise in Orion and Schwab platforms is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills to adapt to a dynamic office environment and work alongside high-energy advisors
- Ability to embrace and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven culture
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Preferred experience within an RIA or wealth management firm
