This is a fully remote position where you will focus exclusively on headhunting and placing top attorneys and paralegals across the US. Unlike other firms, there is NO sales component, whatsoever. Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and headhunt top legal talent nationwide for attorney and legal support roles
- Utilize advanced recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, and ZipRecruiter to identify and connect with top candidates
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs to ensure precise, high-quality placements
- Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to assess candidate experience, skill set, and overall fit
- Work closely with Account Managers to execute hiring strategies and meet client expectations
- Maintain constant communication with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process
- Stay ahead of legal hiring trends, competitive market shifts, and best practices
- Provide regular reports and performance insights to management for continuous optimization
- Proven top biller with a track record of high performance in legal recruiting
- 4 years of full-cycle legal recruiting experience with successful placements of attorneys and legal support staff
- Expert at sourcing, engaging, and closing top legal talent efficiently
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches at once without sacrificing speed or quality
- Strong negotiation skills for salary discussions and securing placements
- Highly proficient with recruiting technology, databases, and industry platforms
- Deep knowledge of the legal industry, key players, and hiring standards
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and strategize in a competitive market
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Relentless, results-driven mindset with a focus on execution and performance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
