As a Marketing Coordinator, you will use your creative mind to bring ideas, concepts, and processes to life. As a key member of our marketing team, this role will work collaboratively within the department and alongside operations and business development personnel throughout the company to develop client proposals, messaging, and promotional materials that support all facets of our business. Our marketing team handles everything communications: publication design, strategic content development, graphic design, photography, videography, and more, so there are endless ways to make an impact!
Who You Are
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign primarily with Photoshop and Illustrator) with strong publication layout capabilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience in the A/E/C industry or relevant experience in marketing or journalism
- A friendly, outgoing person who’s eager to learn, contribute, and collaborate with a team
- Strong communicator who understands how to distill complex concepts and connect with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Works well under pressure with an ability to multi-task and nail details
- Leads with a positive attitude and willingness to get the job done

What You’ll Get To Do
- Oversee the client pursuit process through copywriting, InDesign layouts, and coordinating with a variety of personnel to meet deadlines for printed and digital publications and interview presentations
- Create and edit designs, concepts, and creative materials that are thoughtful, relevant, clear, and inspiring to support company efforts (brochures, hand-outs, mailers, advertisements, infographics, signage, social media, website, trade shows, email campaigns, etc.)
- Works collaboratively with the marketing and business development teams to brainstorm, support, and lead creative direction, branding, and messaging to ensure brand integrity
- Visit jobsites to take photos and/or video and helps maintain a library of finished photography and video
- Help manage social media accounts
- Assist with other duties as projects as assigned

Qualifications & Training
Minimum of 2 years working in a marketing, communications, or creative role. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Working Conditions
- Normally works in a general office environment with the use of computer, printer, telephone, copier, fax, and calculator. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
