General Information
Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: 100 N. Broadway, Suite 3100, Oklahoma City, OK
Department: Logistics/Transportation
Reports to: Director of Logistics
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Time: Full-time
Hours: Variable shifts from 5am-8pm (must be available to work overtime and weekends)
Prepared by: Human Resources
Pay Range: $24.00 – $30.00 Per Hour (DOE)
SUMMARY:
Your exceptional interpersonal skills, self-starter attitude and independent work style will allow you to handle and resolve internal and external conflicts, be organized and leverage your natural attention to detail. You will have the ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with employees, customer base, fuel suppliers and common carriers. You will thrive in a fast paced multitask environment that requires quick problem solving and research skills. Above average math aptitude is a must.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Purchase fuel based on market conditions
- Monitor / Fuel purchasing for inventory managed customers (stations)
- Schedule deliveries with common carriers
- Manage supply contracts
- Continuous communication/coordination with sales force and customers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
TESTING REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate will be required to participate in the following as a condition to hiring:

GENERAL INFORMATION

Successful candidate will need to travel to the Corporate Office location in Modesto, California for training a minimum 2 weeks.
