Boylston Staffing is looking for a Hybrid Marketing Manager for a Firm in Chestnut Hill. $65k-$85k depending on experience. LEAD GENERATION BASED MARKETING.
Job Details :
- At least 4 years of marketing experience (bonus points if it is lead generation-based marketing , sometimes called performance marketing).
- Directly managed at least 1 staffer for a year (and was responsible for employee growth, day-to-day, performance reviews, etc).
- Responsible for significant, six-figure budgets.
- Demonstrated project management skills and can point to several projects.
- Always been a go-getter, who is eager and interested in learning.
- Experience with social media ad creation. Bonus points if they have worked with U.S. Veterans before.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, direct mail, and email marketing.
Hybrid-2-day in-office policy. Would love someone who lives close to the Chestnut Hill location
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
