Boylston Staffing is looking for a Hybrid Administrative Coordinator for a University in Boston. Will report to the Department Administrator supporting the department.
Duties include :
- Manage incoming calls
- Receive and distribute mail
- Order office supplies
- Draft correspondence
- Copy, scanning and filing
- Manage calendars
- Arrange meeting
- Appointments and travel
- Prepare reimbursements
- Prepare course materials
- Set up conferences
- Update website
- Assist with events, commencements, reunions and annual programs.
This is a Hybrid schedule : 3 days on-site, 2 days remote. The hours are 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm paying $26 / hr.
Salary : $26
