We are seeking a passionate Music Teacher to join our team at the Boys & Girls Club of McAllen. In this role, you will inspire and educate our youth members through music, fostering creativity and self-expression while contributing to their overall development in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an engaging music activity for various age groups.
- Teach music skills, and vocal techniques to students.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Organize performances and events to showcase students' musical talents.
- Provide individualized support to students with varying skill levels.
Requirements
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students through music.
